The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce offers its valued Members many new and exciting opportunities to advertise their businesses to Chamber Members and area visitors. Just through membership alone, Chamber members receive a listing in our annual Community Guide & Membership Directory, a listing in our Online Membership Directory, and the ability to have their events listed in the Upcoming Events & Member Happenings sections of our weekly E-Newsletter,  just to name a few!

**All newsletter advertising and insert content is subject to availability and approval of the Chamber staff**

**Advertiser must provide camera-ready artwork or inserts by the 15th of the month prior to publication**

Quarterly Chamber Newsletter Inserts – The Venture
You provide 1,000 printed, 8 ½” x 11”, single or double-sided inserts printed on standard weight paper to our office location by the 15th of the month prior to printing.
$125.00 per insertion

**Number of inserts per newsletter may be capped, so please call ahead to reserve your space**

Chamber Member Labels & CD/Email List Purchases
Purchase a complete list of current member’s mailing addresses already pre-printed on labels for you to use for mass mailers.
$50/use

Purchase a complete list of current members on a CD or via EMAIL to use to print your own labels as many times as needed for mass mailers. (Limit one request per six month period)
$100/use

**All CD and email lists will include ONLY: Contact name (if available), mailing address and phone number**

Additional Advertising Options
Along with these options, we also have our annual Community Guide & Member Directory.  As this will be produced by an outside vendor approved by the Chamber, there will be a specific time that they will be contacting you directly to give you the option to advertise in the Directory.

• The above Advertising Opportunities are available ONLY to Chamber Members in good standing.
• All ads will be sold on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to limitations at the Chamber’s discretion.
• All advertising must be prepaid to the Chamber unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• All rates listed above at net rates and are not agency commissionable.
